Przekaż informację zwrotnąThe service at this restaurant is subpar. There was a long line at the car repair shop and I waited 4 hours for my wheel to be fixed. When it was finally my turn, I asked for a DOT inspection and was told to wait for a new order. After waiting for 40 minutes at the reception, no one took my order and just looked at the computer. I ended up wasting a total of 5 hours only to find out that the DOT master didn't even exist. This is not the level of service I expected to receive in America.
This restaurant had a usual unclean restroom with leaky toilets and soggy toilet paper in each stall. I was hesitant to eat there after seeing this. Unfortunately, I had to stop there due to traffic on my way to two nearby convenience stores. Overall, my experience was disappointing.
The restaurant is closed with a lot of dropped trailers and box trucks, making parking difficult. Despite this, I would give it 3 stars for the friendly lady working inside.
They have heat and serve food because the restaurant is only open from 9 AM to 5 PM and I’m eating chicken stirfry and it’s really good
Rude lady at front desk of service shop.called for oil change and asked her if fuel filters is available for FRHT Columbia because of pandemic there is parts shortage. And She said bring the truck and she would know it.den wanted to ask other questions and she disconnected the phone.
