Pitchfork Brewing - Hudson

Went here on a Friday evening, it was busy but not packed. We sat at the bar and were greeted by the bartender/brewer. Enjoyed samples of several very good beers. Ordered the stuffed cornbread, it came out warm and delicious. Some of the best cornbread, moist with flavorful add-ins, the pulled pork on top was done perfectly, tender and juicy. We also had a pizza, great flavor and loved the spent grain crust. We highly recommend this place and can't wait to come back!

Good food and great beer. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. We will be going back again soon.

Visited Pitchfork brewing after hiking williow river park. Great place! Excellent service. Good beer and amazing pizza fries! Highly recommend stopping here if your passing through! We will definitely be back!

One of the best breweries I’ve been to! The staff/owners are very friendly, informative, and honest. Food was excellent, prices were very reasonable, and ended up taking a 4 pack for the road!Highly recommend this to anyone coming through the area, especially with their offering of homemade sodas for those looking to avoid alcohol.

The pizza is absolutely delicious! You'll even fond a beer you'll enjoy. Highly recommend this place
