Previous update on October 17, 2021: I decided to give this place another try, but the lobby was closed at 1:00 a.m. on a Sunday—are you serious? The staff seemed unprofessional, and the lobby was closed at 8:30 despite signs indicating it was open until 10:00. While we were there, three different groups tried to enter while we were in the car. Additionally, my order was incorrect. I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

There was an issue with the food being dry and cold. However, after I brought it up, everything turned out to be delicious.

This is the worst restaurant experience I've ever had! After visiting their drive-thru, I got home only to discover that my meal was completely missing from the bag. To make matters worse, they gave me two chicken sandwiches instead of the one I ordered. The person taking my order barely spoke English and didn't seem to understand it either. I paid $27 and only received 2 out of the 3 meals we were charged for. The employee at the window seemed to really dislike his job, and it showed in his attitude. I tried calling the restaurant to address the issue, but all I got was voicemail, and I doubt they’ll return my call. Next time, I’ll make sure to check the bag before leaving! This experience was ridiculous and showed a lack of competence among the staff!

Update on February 5, 2022: The service has significantly improved. The lobby now seems to be consistently open as it should be, and the staff appears to be more invested and caring. The staff seemed indifferent, and even though the signs indicated it was open until 10:00 PM, the lobby was closed at 8:30 PM. We saw three different groups trying to enter while we were in the drive-thru. Our order was also incorrect. I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

Please pay close attention to the dishes they don’t serve; their excuse is that once you order, they can't take it back and won't refund your money.
