Jersey Mike's Subs - Hudson

Gave us someone else's order, took a long time to get here even though we ordered it ahead of time for a specific time period

I'm wasn't a big fan of sub chains...until I had the large Italian from Jersey Mikes.It was perfect...absolutely delicious.

The restaurant is fine. Your service is horrible. Order shows up an hour late with a driver that speaks zero English.

The food got delayed multiple times. By the time the food arrived, the pickup time on the receipt was an hour prior to receiving. The cheesesteak was cold and the cheese had congealed. Teh GrubHub app showed the same driver the entire duration, who failed to pickup and deliver in a timely manner causing the delivery time to be delayed multiple times.

The crew at store 37002 did an excellent job preparing my #13 The Original Italian Giant sandwich. I believe Kai sliced the meat, Chase prepared the sandwich and Spencer finished preparing a large order of Hot Sandwiches and Danny helped throughout the store. I showed up about 30 minutes before closing. They are all very professional while being nice and courteous to all of the customers in the store. I haven't eaten at a Jersey Mike's for years. I am very happy I came here for dinner. Thank you gentlemen
