Honey Dew Donuts - Hudson

Both times I have going thru drive thru order is accurate, good customer service and fresh donuts. But tonight I went 5 minutes before the end of the time in the drive thru, lights where up and waited about 2 minutes. Then decided to move to see if the closing time change and window was already closed, and both girls said it was done near the cash out closing papers on the hand. As a customer, I expect to count on the right hours. When they close every minute before 7:00, they should put the right closing time so I don't waste the time to drive there to nothing. You should at least apologize for this little inconvenience, because I sometimes know when a slow day is some places near the expected time. Maybe 5 minutes is not a big deal, but expected at least a polite apology for graduation early. Not sure if I express my point correctly, but I was kind of disappointed for her careless answer: we are close and when I asked what the closing time was? She answered 7 then I said that I waited a few minutes on the ride thru before 7:00 (for they were busy), but did not seem to worry.

I was here because Dunkin Donuts had no donuts. The donuts here are bigger and fresher! I never go back to DD. I like drinking coffee while my kids enjoy a donut. The service here was great, they had smiles and did not seem stressed. So much better.
