Dunkin' - Hudson

Ive always had a good experience there when in get my coffees in the morning but within the past month recently their cold brew coffee has tasted like it's been a week old or has gone bad. I'm very disappointed with it cause on a Monday morning you don't want a disgusting coffee with a rude employee like I did.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THE MANAGER AND JONATHAN!!! They make my coffee perfectly everytime and usually have it ready by the time I get there!!! Amazing people and coffee for the start of the day!!!

I would give this location negative 5 for the absolute RUDEST experience I 've ever had at a Dunkin. The chick working drive thru wasn 't paying attention to my order, tells me after having me repeat myself THREE times, that something on my order was out of stock, then goes EXCUSE ME?! after I asked what my alternatives were On the drive thru mic as if I said something horrible to her. I asked what my other options were AGAIN. She snapped at me, acting like it was an inconvenience to have to do her job. I was shocked at how rude she was. Everyone in the car just looked at each other in disbelief. I 've had so many bad experiences at Dunkin with their **** coffee and worse customer service, I 'll never go back. They don 't deserve customers. I 'd rather go to places that respect customers and make decent drinks.

I love this place. Come here every morning for a wakeup wrap and iced coffee, and service is awesome. People are really nice, and there are occasional issues (in particular with the almond milk supply), but you expect that with any place. I seem to be in the minority for whatever reason and I don't know why. This place is awesome. The Quick Stop inside is maddeningly convenient too. The one biggest drawback is the lack of bathroom (they do have one but it has been closed since the start of the pandemic), but that is just a nitpick. Maybe its because I'm a regular and get better treatment, but I love this place. More and more Dunkin's should be inside of gas stations.

Went through drive through, coffee was made wrong. Went inside and asked for a new one. Brazilian woman with short dyed blonde hair and glasses was unbelievably rude handed me the exact same coffee. Go to a different
