Central America - Hudson

We decided to give this place a try after hearing glowing reviews from Central America, so we stopped by on our way home from a ride. I ordered the breakfast quesadilla, while my wife went for the Mexican rancheros with chorizo. The portions were generous—I'd even say they were huge, but I don’t want to sound exaggerated. The food was absolutely delicious, and the accompanying sauces elevated the dishes to another level. Combined with the friendly and welcoming service, it made for a fantastic experience.

It was about a year ago for lunch and really enjoyed it, but when they look at the website, they are only open sat and Sunday to breakfast. I called and the phone rings and rings. I think they have to be out of business?

If you want a budget. Same as any latin owned diner like many American owned diners it just simply corporate products being sold. Everything is low quality. If want a better upscale food quality stop in Wild Hare on broad street or the good earth it costs more but much better.

The staff is always welcoming (I feel like home). Great food; if not on the menu, they will make you whatever you are craving—a little hole in the wall. Prices and portions are great.

If you are looking for delicious, authentic breakfast/ lunch look no further! Centro America has the best workers and is the cutest family owned business.Their chicken quesadilla is the best quesadilla I have ever had! It’s crunchy, cheesy and flavorful. Great portions for a good price. My husband and I will be back many times!
