Nordenholzer Hof - Hude (Oldenburg)

In the back of the city festival oldenburg we have a table with our company at the nordenholzer hof. after an aperitif and a greeting by the chef, we were best supplied with burgers, snacks and drinks. even in the most dense crowd, the service forces were obviously trying to reach our table (successful!).Super friendly team, delicious eating and good mood with live music! the next morning suggests that the glasses were not empty at any time.

Unfortunately, despite the beautiful environment and the great buildings completely snoozed. Apart from the good and very carefree service, unfortunately, there is not much. Clearly, who loves tennis, has his children in the internat, ralph lauren wears and above all searches for places that stand alone by the necessary financial budget from others, is right here. but the atmosphere is little so that one feels as hospitable and appreciated, a high time chases the next, that the ruble rolls. it would have been nice to have less crisp at and on the food and more quality in the food itself. See and much pfeffer do not make a good meal, even if the compilation is exceptional. less is sometimes more, and if you start such a large operation, the authenticity remains occasionally on the stretch. To finish our holiday there was for me: the jägers stretch delicate cubes from the local wild in a Hagebutten-Gin sauce with apple-pridle beer-Rotkohl and kartoffelknödel. my wife decided that: friesensteak black medallions with ham, garnel, tomato, claw and sauce hollandaise congratulated, nordenholzer bauernkartoffeln and blattsalate. as always top service and a heavenly pleasure
