Ugarit - Huddersfield

Unfortunately order delivered different from what we ordered, also it was missing some items.

The only shisha bar in Huddersfield, we were lured in here after some food elsewhere. We sat upstairs and enjoyed a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. I settled with a builder's brew and a delicious sticky toffee pudding. I didn't join in with the shisha on this occasion because I don't get the point of it, but the others enjoyed it.

Came for lunch today and really enjoyed everything we had. The service was amazing and staff were so kind and we were offered complimentary juices and a side too. The baby chicken rice dish was beautiful and so worth the price, amongst other dishes we ordered. Will be coming again. Thank you :

Our ordered got cancelled despite it supposedly being on its way. It’s now too late to order from somewhere else. Won’t be using again

Absolute Gem! Food is fantastic and reasonably priced. We had the meatballs, baba ganoush and F Salad to start, these were full of fresh flavours and utterly delicious. Mains, I had the lamb with rice and my companions had the chicken platter lamb was tender, but looking at the chicken platter, will order that one next time. Mains are very large, but can take home what you can't eat. Limited selection of drinks, but they also do fresh carrot juice. Atmosphere was a little lacking because we were the only ones in at the time, it was 7 on a Wednesday night. When you first step in it's a takeaway counter and then there is seating for the restaurant to the side. We found out as we were leaving that upstairs is a shish bar where they serve coffee and a huge dessert selection. We were too stuffed to partake, but will visit it next time. Overall, would Def come again, food was excellent!
