Xīn Xīn Miàn Guǎn - Hualien City

A huge disappointment after reading all the good reviews! Most of the dishes are only ok while the fishes we ordered were tasteless yet more expensive than what we paid for a much better fish the day before in Hualien City. Could be our bad luck... but won't come back.

AC is not working properly, seafood is not really good. Wrong deliver of food from the beginning till the end. Lacking of order and didn’t even apologize of lacking the order. Price is not really balance from the quality of food and services. This is a monopoly restaurant, only the lady from the counter have the authority to ask others to do their service. Maybe their good times is past already. Really disappointed

Stucked with the chief lady while I was on my takeout, this brilliant lady was so sweet courtesy I didn't wait more than 20 minutes or so for my lunch takeout that I preordered before the night. The seafood case was an absolute eye candy for seafood lovers I just want to order everything! But I stopped and ordered a lobster hot pot. Full of seafood and incredible Umami Ocean flavors that my guests and I ended every last drop of this soup. YUM! Strongly suggest to stop for reservation or pre-order your take-outs!

SCRUMPTIOUS Seafood. Very “life” feeling. Not the cleanest or best service, but the seafood was incredible and fresh. I love our meal!

I really enjoyed my lunch here, good fresh seafood n amazing ginger fish soup, and fish skin is sooo chewing gum n eatsh, so delicious!
