Lā Miàn Jiàng Xīn Shí Táng

Great experience, I came right when they opened so they didn't have to wait. I would argue that this is the best place for ramen in this city. If you are not too hungry or not usually eat a lot to get the combo, it reduces the amount of rams and includes a desert. I regretted getting the combo after I realized how good it was, was not the less satisfied.

Worth a special trip. Tried the original and the Sesame Breast noodles.. It was great! Best meal I had fed since the arrival in Hualien! We also recommend ordering the pudding desert, yummylious!

We stumbled over this restaurant on the way to the night market and decided in. absolutely amazing. no English menu so easy point. the coworkers don't speak English, but that supplements the experience. eating was amazing! very quiet

You really care about the Ramen Spirit. Just enjoy the atmosphere in the store when you board.

Shio ramen with duck breast is pretty fresh while the Tonkotsu ramen’s a bit salty. Good ramen but have to wait a bit for your noodle.
