I had the chance to try a few items from the menu and for the most part they are all quite good. The classic chicken sandwich, curry wrap, and corn soup are all good. The vegan brittle sandwich, which looks like a KFC Big Crunch in the photos, was actually disappointing because it has a QQ' texture and is very hard to chew and swallow. It doesn't resemble chicken at all. The fries are also not very good and will hopefully be improved. Overall I would definitely recommend Vegeter as it is now 100% vegan and offers some good vegan food.
If you miss fast food, then this is your answer. And if you don't (which hopefully you don't) then you might like to come here for the novelty, and enjoy a greasy burger with fried chicken (vegan) and fries. It's far from healthy food, but at least it's vegan, so cholesterol free etc. And it does a great job in promoting vegan food to those who'd otherwise be eating much worse. I recommend the Thai burger (if it's available). It seemed strange that it had very little veg when it first opened a few years ago, but it now appears to have gone completely vegan. It's opposite FE 21 department store on Xida Road, walkable or a short taxi ride from Hsinchu Station. They've also opened another branch hear NOVA on Guangfu Road.
Since I've become a vegetarian I seldom eat burgers. Not only is the fast food here delicious but also healthy. Besides, so many options here that you'll surely find out a favor ;-D
The burgers were really delicious and very low price. we paid 129 ntd for the kimchi burger with frits and a drink and 135 ntd for the double black pepper pork burger with frits and a drink. the fake meat is really good and very tasty, the atmosphere is like other great fast food chains.
