Loved this place for subs when I first moved into the area. However after the last few months quality of service and quality of their hero rolls have dropped. My order is almost never correct I ask to remove tomatoes and add Mayo.. and it gets mixed up, sometimes they ask more then once and still do not get it. Their bread is almost like it has sat out for a few days or in a box in the back then comes out. You can tell this because its very close if not already stale on the ends and tips of the hero roll.Its been like this the last 2 months. I used to go here weekly, I'll try again in a few months hopefully they make proper changes.

We have been going to tenth and willow since they opened and love the food. When mike was the owner the customer interaction was GREAT. Recently I have gone into the deli and there weren’t any other customers. I WAS IGNORE FOR MANY MINUTES….NOT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED. My last I stood there for about 5 minutes…tried to get someone’s attention with no success. I walked out and went to Doughboys for my sandwich. I have mentioned this to others and they have had similar experiences. I am writing this so the owners correct this problem cause I really like having them nearby but won’t continue to shop there if this continues
