Stewart's Root Beer - Howell

The food is tasty and the staff is friendly, but in all the times I've ordered delivery or take-out over the past two years, my order has never been correct. It's a burger joint—how difficult can it be?

The highlight of my visit was the counter attendant, who truly shines at this establishment. I hope the owner recognizes her charm and outstanding customer service skills. I patiently waited for her to assist other customers ahead of me, and it was worth it. In a time when good customer service seems hard to come by, it’s invaluable for any business to have someone on the front line who brings such energy and positivity. I genuinely regret not asking for her name.

I was fired from this restaurant, and normally you'd expect someone to dislike a place after that. You'd think I would hate it, but honestly, the food here is incredible—it's truly something special. The ambiance is lovely, and the place is consistently clean. The service is also excellent, even if I made some mistakes myself. Despite my experience, I would still recommend this restaurant to anyone. Honestly, if they were to spit in my food, I'd probably still eat it because it's just that delicious!
