The restaurant has an unpleasant odor, resembling vomit, and it appears that it hasn't been properly cleaned. The hostess attempted to explain that the smell was due to spilled tea that hadn't been cleaned up either.

Overall, everything was fine. The staff were super friendly and happy to greet us, but their wings were not as great as the internet put it out to be. It was pretty dry and the chipotle sauce was too sweet. Also ordered a medium, but it was more spicy than I thought it would be.

WORST SERVICE EVER. Had arrived to the drive through line at the start of the hour and when said hello to the speaker phone the attendant multiple times said please wait in a span of 20 min of me and other customers then when getting to window after another 10 min of trying to get the attention of drive through attendant I get asked what my order is and then she goes to look for order for another 15 min and comes back with nothing then says it?s almost ready. I asked for the manager and explained to the manager that me and other clients have been waiting for almost an hour on just food she says nothing and just asks me if I?m gonna get food and how I?m going to pay. I understand the stress of working in fast food but to be shrugged off when I?m ordering for my family that they requested is honestly rude. The most embarrassing part is the people in back of me honking also trying to get the attention of the attendants and that the order is even correct at all.
