Whataburger - Houston

The food takes a long time to make and the fries are often cold by the time you receive them. The prices are high, but when the food is fresh, it's delicious. It can also take a while for them to notice you in the dining room, unless they are already at the register.

The food was delicious, but the apple juice was not 100% juice. Additionally, ketchup was not included when I requested everything on my burger. I rated the service a 3 for these reasons, and there were also no napkins in my bag.

The employee at the drive-thru window was extremely rude. The onion rings were overcooked and had to be remade. The burger was cold and the bun was soggy. I had to freeze the shake at home in order for it to resemble a shake. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

The employees that work at this location need to do better, almost everyone I had to speak to had an attitude of some sort. The wait was also bad, how do you have a line wrapped around the building with people waiting for 30 minutes is beyond me but alittle pep in your step would be appreciated.

Alexis is awesome she greets me with a smile everytime I come here and the food is always hot
