Whataburger - Houston

I went to this whataburger to get chicken strips they came out so fast I knew they wasn't going to be fresh I was in a hurry and didn't check my bag and people do I regret it the straps were so dry I just put them in the trash

Service is always fast and great but when ordering anything chicken please ask for well done. Due to the fact that they are trying to get everything out in a timely order. Chicken is made to order so be mindful if your in a rush Your chicken will be undercooked causing you to have salmonella poison or a bad stomach virus.

Update:I have to change my review of this location. Today the line was long but the staff handled it quickly, my food was perfect and fresh, fried were crispy, and the staff was super polite and helpfulCold food, soggy fries, no ice in my room temperature drink, asked for extra ketchup and didn’t even get 1. And the gravy was so watery it was unusable. Exactly that kind of experience I expected based on the people in the area

It’s literally 3am , with a line full of cars and Markeisha(or marquisha) took my order and was very personable . Honestly made it feel like I was the only car in line. Her friendliness is needed and appreciated! Pay her what she’s worth !

I'll wait in the car dirty as long as I could tell you. The food does not disappoint at this point, but if you go through the drive thru ready to wait a literal hour. I give two stars, because although food is good, the slow reaction time creates other threatening situations. People OFTEN sleep on the wheel and beggars can constantly harass you while you wait. Someone really should report this place. It is really dangerous to let so many people wait and people sleep in the ride thru. You get faster service in a sit down restaurant.
