Only a great experience very friendly staff and eating was great

I usually get good service here, but the staff seemed distracted this visit, and they gave me the wrong order. I didn't discover until I was home, so I guess the moral of the story is quickly check your order for accuracy before leaving the premises itwill only take a few seconds.

I recommend finding another restaurant to visit. I recently went to their drive-thru and had to wait 53 minutes. It seemed like other cars were waiting even longer as they were asked to pull aside and wait for their order. The food I received was lukewarm and the fries were gritty. They were about to have me pull up and wait longer for my order, but I requested a refund. The staff seemed surprised that I didn't want to wait any longer after already waiting so long for fast food. It turns out my order was actually ready, making me wonder how much longer I would have had to wait on the side before they brought it to me.

On 11/30, I had a scheduled interview at 3pm at this restaurant. I arrived at 2:45 and informed the staff that I was there for my interview with Dennis. I texted Dennis at 2:57 to let him know I was there, and he said he would be there in 5 minutes. However, he did not show up until nearly 3:15 and by then I had left. It's no surprise that you have all shifts available with this kind of service. I arrived on time and ready for my interview, but unfortunately, the manager did not do their job properly. I even tried texting them back while waiting in the dining room, but received no response. It was a disappointing experience.

This restaurant provided an amazing experience. The hospitality, cleanliness, speed, and accuracy were all exceptional. Both the drive-thru and inside were moderately busy, but the staff remained polite. The wait times were quick, even though the restaurant was constantly busy with a stream of people coming in and using the drive-thru. The burger was made correctly and the lobby and restroom were clean.
