Whataburger - Houston

Took 20 minutes to get food over the counter and that's only after I went and asked for it. There were several people waiting like us. They had a kitchen full of staff and they all acted like it was their first day. It's a friggin fast food burger jointpeople....it ain't that hard.

Trash......I paid $13 for a bacon blue burger and got a #1 single patty with no blue cheese and no bacon. I called 10 times and no one answered. Horrible sevice. And no one wants to wait 45min in the drive thru line. Sad thing is that thishappens every time I go. And that about 3 times a week. They need better quality and custom service

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. Not only was the drive-thru slow, but they also messed up my order and charged me for a more expensive one. When I finally received my food, it was cold, and the fries were also cold and not fresh. I wouldn't recommend this location. However, I do appreciate the staff member who brought my order; he kept apologizing and updating me on its status, which was a nice touch.

This place is fantastic, and the food is absolutely amazing! The manager is incredibly kind, and though we had a bit of a wait, everything came out fresh. This location is also really convenient.

Our order instructions were not followed, and we received something completely different from what we requested. This location really needs some intervention from corporate. The receipt was very clear about our order, yet there were still issues. The staff also seemed to have attitude problems, almost like dealing with children. It felt as though they were more focused on playing around than on getting orders right, which is why there were so many mistakes.
