Whataburger - Houston

This is the second time we have visited this restaurant in the past few months and both times our order was incorrect. The first time, we received a burger without cheese. Today, we ordered chicken strips but did not receive any gravy, which is usually the best part of the dish. It seems like they need to start double-checking orders at this location. In the 10 years I have lived in this area and been coming to this Whataburger, I have never had to check my order before. The service appears to be declining, and I am not sure if it is due to new management or employees not doing their part.

Had to try the new Chili Cheeseburger with Fritos! I ordered on the app and walked in and they got my name and made sure my order was in progress. They brought my food out hot and exactly how I ordered it! I got the junior burger because the regular isjust a bit too much for one meal. My burger had just the perfect amount of chili on it and the melty cheese and Fritos wasgreat. FYI on the app you can't request extra or light on these special items and I almost wish I could've gotten the chips onthe side so that they were still crunchy after I finished my fries. Always have to eat my fries while they're HOT! The beveragearea was kept clean and the server who brought out my food was friendly and made sure I had what I needed. Worst place! They never get my food right! I don?t understand why it?s the easiest order I ordered cheese, spicy ketchup and onions only!! The give me the complete opposite 2 Pattie?s mayo lettuce and pickles no cheese!!! Like how!

I can always count on Whataburger to satisfy my cravings! The Patty Melt with extra creamy pepper sauce, grilled jalapenos, pickles, and bacon never disappoints.

Whataburger is the best in town. The line is always long, but there's a reason - the food is that good. I've never received a wrong order or bad service here, and I have no complaints. In fact, one of the employees was so nice and accommodating that I contacted corporate to give them recognition. They sent me a thank you letter and a free Whataburger, which was pretty cool.
