Przekaż informację zwrotnąFeeling hungry at 2am, I decided to visit this restaurant. Despite the long wait, I was impressed by the excellent food and service. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service provided at such a late hour. LOL.
I waited in line for 25 minutes only to move forward and wait an additional 20 minutes. I was asked for the name on my order five times. Despite this, my order was still incorrect and the fries were cold, rubbery, and stale.
I am extremely disappointed with Whataburger recently! It seems that all locations on the East side of town are terrible. I placed an online order and spent over $65 on meals. When my son arrived, he waited for 30 minutes until he had to leave. He was told that they had checked, but no one was outside, which turned out to be a lie. Additionally, when my son brought the order home, all the drinks were incorrect. My large fries were medium sized (see picture below) and they forgot to include our gravy and onion rings. We have stopped going to the Wallisville location because of this same issue. The employees do not seem to double check the orders they are packing at all. What is the point of offering curbside orders if no one is willing to bring them out to the car or even check the bag? It is no surprise that Chick-fil-A is highly rated, as they genuinely care for their customers and double check everything. All I received was $65 worth of poorly executed combos. Whataburger is seriously declining, in my opinion.
Edit: after some time they must have cleaned house because the service and speed at which your food is ready has been greatly improved. I don't even have to order in before I get there. It comes out speedy. Big props and shout out to the lady at front. Rose I think. She always has a positive attitude when taking your order. Old review for reference: This location is trash in the mornings. They take forever even after ordering online 20 minutes in advance and there's nobody at the front. It's always the same workers.
I showed up waited in line for 15min someone finally came from the back. Took a while before taking our order. A lady that was there before had been waiting on her food for 25 minutes. We waited for ours, it took 15 minutes guy came out didn't even say our name and left. When I went to go check for our order he had just left it near the drive thru window. To top it off the restaurant was a mess, very dirty and manager didn't seem to care. She came out several times when other customers complained but she didn't seem to care.
