Wendy's - Houston

Personal was rude and lazy. I asked for a receipt, and she told me she was out of paper to lazy to change it out.

They messed up two orders in one night. The food has gone down hill big time!

Paid at order window under a patio cover, told to pull forward to wait for order. There were no cars behind me, must be something to do with the staff artificially lowering their service time. Anyway, got rain in my car because of this and look at the food for yourself (almost no ranch dressing. Just a bunch of dry chicken and some wilted lettuce). Fries were good.

Fast food chain location right opposite Space Center Houston. They appeared slow but fulfilled the order quickly.

Received a notification from Wendy's that you could order a junior bacon cheeseburger for one cent if you ordered something else. so I ordered it on the mobile app I ordered two junior bacon cheeseburgers, two small french fries and two drinks for my daughter and her friend. Picked up the order drove home and my daughter said Papa, there's only one cheeseburger in the bag. I called the store and the person who said they were the manager advised me that I could drive back to the store and get the junior bacon cheeseburger but I didn't feel like driving back there. Just poor service no attention to detail.
