TGI FRIDAYS - Houston (Willowbrook)

I do not want to make a reservation. After I was there, I told them that I was making a reservation on an open table that they would not take online booking anymore. fortunately, we didn't set ourselves up immediately.

After the reservation for christmas day lunch, we came to find the restaurant was closed.

I was disappointed that the restaurant did not honor our OpenTable points. After making a reservation, we dined at the restaurant only to receive a notification later that they had canceled our reservation. Despite this inconvenience, the drinks were good and the food was delicious. Overall, it was an average experience, but I don't plan on returning.

Very dirty. toilets. service really bad. sa, wait long before someone came by. eating is okay, but the dirt lets me go. Rude Manager when I told him that the toilet room has to be cleaned.

Great service on Mother's Day! Our waitress, Leslie, in the bar area was absolutely amazing and super attentive!!
