…fabulous food, from the Buffalo Cauliflower appetizer through the Catfish platter and Shrimp Grits. Although it was College Football Championship Game Eve, the restaurant and bar were not crowded at our reservation time, however our drink order which was taken before we even ordered any food did not arrive until we were midway through our main course (and appetizer was long gone). If you want your customers to have a second (or third) drink, bringing cocktails out as soon as possible goes a long way to that end… .
