Tamashi Ramen And Sushi - Houston

The quality has declined significantly. The portion sizes have shrunk considerably. I won't be coming back.

The dining area is small, but the food is delicious! I highly recommend the Spicy Tonkotsu and the Tamashi's Menn ramen. The Spicy Miso was just okay; I've had better. The flavor was different from what I've experienced at other places, but overall, everything was quite good.

The Yuzu Yellowtail was outstanding. The sauce on it was very delicious. The ramen was not bad but felt like it was lacking something. The egg in the ramen was tasty.

The restaurant was somewhat small and there was a bit of a wait outside, but the flavors in my ramen made it worth it! They don't offer a chicken alternative, so I opted for shrimp instead. I wasn't impressed with the sexy mama roll and should have gone with my usual favorite, the Shaggy Dog. The server was very attentive. I'd definitely consider coming back at a less busy time!
