Sushi Wabi - Houston

What a charming little sushi restaurant! The service is friendly, and the staff is polite. The food is fantastic! I only had one piece of tuna nigiri alongside my tonkatsu, but it was the highlight of my meal! It was incredibly fresh, tender, and sweet.

Sushi Wabi is truly the best and most authentic Japanese restaurant in Houston. During my four-day stay, I kept ordering the Fuji Volcano and Fuji Mountains, and they were absolutely amazing. The atmosphere is genuine, and the quality of the food is consistently high. I genuinely appreciate how they represent Japanese culture. The dishes are delicate and flavorful. I highly recommend visiting this place—you won't be disappointed!

Most Google reviews give from 5 stars very easy, but this place deserves it. first I was of the highest quality and the mango tango and flaming reels were great. tasteful and tasteful. octopus ball appetizer was also good. the wasabi was spicy as it should be against the watered versions. the food came out quickly, and there is a water boy who runs around constantly. good price compared to other places in houston, my rolling was about 15 pieces, but I had some for 17 for lower quality before. I would definitely come back and recommend.

4.5 stars for sure. Good service. Rolls were delicious. Calamari was great but wish they had a different dipping sauce. Smoked salmon sashimi was a huge piece. Very delicious
