Starbucks - Houston

No warm welcome when I walked in, but they sure did look at me crazy. They know how to greet certain races of people and make it very obvious who they’d rather greet. The barista had the nerve to have an attitude when I told them to correct my drink. Trying to tell me the Pink Drink and Strawberry Açaí refresher are the same thing… NO. They remade my drink exactly how it was supposed to be the FIRST TIME!

I ordered a coffee at Starbucks and it tasted like milk instead.I asked for a cup of water with my 5 items that I ordered and was told that it would cost $1 because they are located in the hotel made no sense to me

This location customer service sucks, they look at you crazy when you walk in! The baristas ignore you. I was standing there for about 5 mins waiting for them to take my order. When they seen another person come in (yt man) they greeted him and was friendly with him. I won’t EVER return to this location!!

Ordered a hot black tea with a little honey. First item I got was iced tea. When I sent it back I got what at best I would call a Luke warm tea. 3rd round I got a hot tea that was warmed with the frother and tasted like discarded coffee mixed with tea. Honestly I'm sorry I tipped and should have asked for a refund.Food: 1/5
