I was already at work by the time I took the first sip to notice it was wrong. I called to let them know what happened and they told me to come back and they would remake my drink.I went back after work informed them of the situation and they fixed another drink. The problem was they fixed a regular hot chocolate instead of white chocolate. ?? After driving from the window I realized it was milk chocolate so I had to turn around and get back in line again.I explained that they had the drink wrong again and the worker argued stating it wasn't wrong because she fixed it herself.I informed her again that it was chocolate and not white chocolate. I then told her I wouldn't worry but I was allergic and couldn't have milk chocolate. She had zero cares or concerns. She continued to reply with an attitude as if I had inconvenienced her.Long story short after 3 tries and a slight allergic reaction (luckily I only sipped the drink) they got my drink right.
This is by far the best Starbucks I have ever been to. I came by today 02/20/22 with my family and it was jam packed in the drive thru. We decide to wait and I must say the service at this location was extremely fast. The employees at this location know what they are doing. This was my first time at this location and I must say the service was excellent. I highly recommend this location. The drive thru is kinda weird just because it interferes with parking at the other businesses there but other than that this Starbucks is awesome.

I ordered two drinks. I got one in about ten minutes, and then I had to ask three more times before receiving the second drink 45 minutes later. Each time the employee said that they would have it right out, but it wasn’t until I stood and waited at the bar that I received my second drink. No apologies or acknowledgment.I have only had negative experiences at this location from the drinks being inconsistent each time, long drive thru wait times, missing ingredients, and even the wrong drink. This was by far the worst. I won’t be returning to this location.
I asked for soy milk and they tried to give me 2% milk. I asked for 3 croissants they said they didn’t have any. I said ok. They charge me for something I didn’t order them they asked if I wanted a receipt, I said yes. then she said sorry I over charged you. I wonder if she would have said anything if I said no receipt. Then once she refunded me, they said oh we do have croissants. Where is the 0 star button??
