Starbucks - Houston

During my recent stay at the hotel, I visited the restaurant for a cup of water. At first, they provided it without charging me. However, when I returned the next day and asked for another cup of water, they said there was a fee. I have dined at many places and have never been charged for water before, so I found this to be inconvenient. The lady at the front desk was very rude and unhelpful, using phrases like "what do you want" instead of asking how she could assist me. Despite thanking her, I did not return to the restaurant as it seemed like she hated working there. This experience was not my fault.

The staff here is excellent. They maintain consistent, high-quality standards. We visited this restaurant every day during a tournament. If there is a big event happening nearby, the line can get quite long, but that is out of their control. Everyone loves their dieucks!

I always come to this restaurant. While some staff members are very kind, others may not be as friendly. However, they also serve incredibly delicious coffee.

This site currently uses sanitary towels on its steam bars that contain non food quality chemicals and the cloths condition on the package, the chemicals in them should not mix with liveliness. the steam bars for the latte are currently wiped with the chemical sanitary towels and then immersed in milk. there is cross-contamination of chemicals with the drinks.

I ordered a Venti cold white milk and the milk was like a hot coffee it was terrible. There was too many people in line so I ended up just throwing the milk away.
