Sat in for a while. It was not too crowded just a couple of people inside. It also has some covered outdoor seating.
I visit this restaurant most mornings when I have a shift nearby, and the staff is absolutely outstanding! It's such a pleasure to be greeted with a smile and a genuine eagerness to help. Having worked at Starbucks many years ago, I know how challenging it can be! Keep up the great work!
If I could, I would give this place zero stars. This is one of the best Starbucks I've ever visited, but one employee really ruined my experience. I understand I came in late at night, around 8 PM, just looking for a pick-me-up after my college classes. However, when I walked in, a young Asian woman, who appeared to be on the heavier side and was wearing glasses, was on her phone and completely ignored me. I had to say "excuse me" just to get her attention, even though she clearly saw me. To make matters worse, she was incredibly rude when I tried to place my order, showing no manners at all.
I typically have great experiences at this Starbucks. I understand that they can get really busy, especially during the morning rush, and I don't mind waiting for my drink—especially when I have nowhere to be. However, today I encountered an extremely rude employee. I had placed a mobile order for a large drink, and when I arrived, I noticed that it was more than a quarter empty. Politely, I asked if there was any chance it could be filled up, considering that $6 is quite a lot for a drink that's not full. The woman at the bar responded with an attitude, glaring at me and clearly uninterested in engaging. She initially couldn't hear me, interrupting with a harsh tone to ask what I said, and then she filled my drink in a passive-aggressive manner. It felt a bit awkward, but I thanked her anyway, even though she didn't say anything in return. I always try to be understanding towards people in the food industry, as I know how stressful it can be. Unfortunately, this experience really put a damper on my day and affected my impression of this location. That said, I will continue to patronize this Starbucks, as many of the other employees are quite pleasant! I just hope this particular employee shows a bit more kindness to others in the future.
Delicious coffee, friendly staff and quick service, a perfect recipe to kickstart your morning. Starbucks, in general, has some of the best coffee in this space along with breakfast, bakery items, lunch and a variety of different food options to pair with your coffee. If you?re looking for some select merchandise, this store has got you covered in that aspect. There is a regular introduction of limited-time drinks to keep you enticed along with rotational seasonal drinks (pumpkin spice latte, anyone? . I?ve always done mobile orders and picked up in store (since I don?t have the time to wait in the drive thru and my orders are always ready when I visit the store. This store, in particular, is clean and has plenty of people working in the morning shifts (since that is the most critical and traffic driven time of the day . There is ample parking space but the drive thru gets filled up with cars rather quickly and the wait times can be longer during peak hours. They have a variety of hot and cold drinks and some dairy free options. If you?re not a fan of the choices, you could mix and match and produce your own concoction. My experiences, so far, have been positive and the drinks that I order are spot on. The downside of Starbucks is the prices. These are expensive coffees and cannot be had everyday of the week, unfortunately. They do, however, have a robust loyalty program with offers every week for bonus stars opportunity. You can redeem your stars either via app, in store or in drive thru, for free drinks, food or merchandise based on the amount of stars you have. They have redeemable star tiers for you to checkout. Starbucks is well known for it?s quality and exceptional service, be it in stores or via drive thru. They have an assortment of options to choose from, be it drinks, food or merchandise. The loyalty program is a smart move which gives out generous rewards along with weekly promotional bonus star offers and the redemption process is easy and effortles
