Przekaż informację zwrotnąBad service, i ordered 2 drink and 2 croissant and would like to have redeem for my drink, however they just made one drink and 2 crossant without telling me she got only 1 drink, I have been waiting for 20 mins and they said no more drink for my order and ask me to go order again for second drink, ok I go order again and notice that they didn’t redeem thats why i asked them to redeem for my drink but they said they redeem for butter croissant already that I didnt even ask for redeem for bakery item, and the attitude of barista was really bad. Never come again. Really bad service I have ever seen.
It 's been probably a year since I 've gone to this location. In that time, things here have changed. I 'd always received great service staff has always been friendly in the past. This time, it was about 1pm, the barista seemed put out when I walked up to counter. She took my order just a small coffee my money, then, instead of getting my coffee at that point, she began closing out her register, removing the drawer talking to drive thru barista. Took 5+ minutes while I stood waiting to finally get the coffee. No thank you, just sat the drink in front of me. Another change, you have to ask for suger cream. She wasn 't happy I returned to counter to ask for them. I think I 'll pass on this location since I see other reviews mentioning similar experiences.
There 's one employee here who is always rude. While I was ordering, she wasn 't paying attention (never looked at me, kept looking to the side, asked me to repeat my order twice. It was only 1 drink. When I got my drink, it was wrong. I asked if I could have milk to put in it, and she sneered and said normally you 're suppose to ask for that when you order ... I did.
Went to get coffee at 940pm 5/2/23 and woman refused to serve us.Instead of gaining revenue for Starbucks she was sitting at a table in the lobby on her phone milking the clock.Great service....Never will get my daily business again.
I went there last night and arrived 20 minutes before close. The 2 employees were already walking out and refused me service. I would understand if it was 5-10 minutes before close, but a full 20 minutes is unacceptable. If you're not going to stay open until 10 please update your hours, thanks.
