Shawarma Grill Cafe - Houston

The food is excellent, and the outdoor terrace is lovely as well. The server was wonderful and attentive, taking the time to explain the menu since I had never tried Mediterranean cuisine before. The garlic sauce was amazing!

I celebrated a birthday here for my friend and we played Monopoly on the terrace. We really enjoyed the calm and cool atmosphere. The recommended hookah flavor was delicious, and the staff did an excellent job keeping the bowl fresh without letting it get harsh. The owner also checked on us several times, which was nice. The staff were very friendly, and the hummus was velvety and flavorful. Plus, I just learned that they have great door locks and a fantastic menu, so I’ll definitely be coming back! Love it!

Saeid, the owner, is one of my closest friends, and I've known him since the mid-1980s. I hesitated to write this review because some might think my friendship is the reason for the five-star rating. But that's not the case at all! Honestly, the food here is fantastic, and the service is top-notch. When you combine that with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that feels like home, it's no wonder I keep coming back. While I may be a longtime friend of Saeid's, I'm also just one of his many loyal customers.
