Saltillo Mexican Kitchen - Houston

The food is always excellent. The service is great and the atmosphere is very peaceful. We frequent this restaurant often for a delicious meal.

The actual price of the food at the restaurant was significantly higher than what was listed on their website. When we requested that they honor the online price, they refused. The menu price was at least five dollars more expensive than the online price. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

I have driven by Saltillo's most every Sunday for the last five years on my way to get bagels, never realizing what I was driving by. We tried Saltillo's

I think had I realized that this was a Mexican Steakhouse, I would not have been so disappointed.

Amazing food, amazing ambience, amazing location.... mediocre service. They can be slow and not super accommodating. :/
