As someone with a disability, I rely on the ramp to access the entrance, but it was covered in leaves and seemed quite unsafe to navigate. This wasn’t just a result of a day or two; it appeared to be a significant accumulation.
My first time eating at this location. In the beginning everything was cool up until it was time for our waiter to get off. He made us pay our tab earlier and then didn't want to further assist us. So, once we spoke to the manager Marquita she made everything better. She apologized for the horrible experience and personally took care of us. Just because of her making everything better, I will definitely return. She made us feel good like family, not like just a number. 10 stars for her!!!
Great service from Milachi and the food tasted good and fresh.
My order had plenty of food; price is $3 more than average; staff friendly; waiter checked on whether we needed a drink refill just enough and Red Lobster used to bring out approx. 6 biscuits in a basket, now it's an embarrassing 4, smh, lol !!
The waiter, Jason, provided excellent service, and the bartender was exceptional. However, despite the restaurant only being 20% full, we had to wait an hour for a table. Additionally, the bathrooms were dirty and the tables were untidy. There seems to be a lack of a competent manager and more staff is definitely needed.
