Red Lion Pub - Houston

Fine outdoor area for the beautiful evenings in front of the fire place. good choice to bieren and some good British dug on the menu.

It didn't seem so much outside and drove a few times past. but a local houstoner friend of us reconciliated the place, not only were we blown away from the inner. eating was gourmet! much more quality than what we expected for pub food. had the pan seared chicken breast and scallops. came back the next week to try the filet mignon and pork shank. the owner keeps the windows covered from the inside, so after a while we have completely forgotten that we sat in houston and it felt really as if we were in a part of the British. deff recommend this place for anyone who will quality culinary and deff will be back with the family for vacation!

Nice British pub. we had their sweets. they are huge and delicious. her more likely was served in a real British pint. the fish and chips were the best we had ever had since its staging in england. the braincake of my man was delicious.

It's a past since I visited this place, but I can remember the great experience we had here. the brain cake is phenomenal and tasty, and its wine selection is also on point. a very cozy place and a total of different experience from their typical bar/pub in houston.

This place is awesome. I've been to Great Britain often and this pub could have been transplanted here from across the Atlantic. Delicious food, great service, and a fine selections of draft beers, ciders, wines and liquor await you here. Samosas were huge, the fish chips were the best I've had outside of the UK, and the shepherd's pie was magnificent. Come find out for yourself.
