RA Sushi Bar Houston CityCentre

We went on a Friday night at 7:30 a.m. and the place was packed! there was a waiting period of about 25 to 30 minutes for people who just came in! we had a reservation, but missed it at 5 minutes, but the hostess was super sweet and told us that she will try to beat us! we waited about 10 minutes. our server jesus was a rockstar! he took the time to understand our nutritional restrictions and recommended a few things, took our family pictures and his service was excellent! now the rest of the service was a little slow, but I understand it was super busy. the food was delicious, fresh and the portions were great enough to share! we had the sushi plate and oh my gosh so good! their specialized drinks were super good and the alcohol was great in them recommended to definitiw!

Group excursion. good food and drink! had given 5 stars, but the drink I wanted (wicked watermelon) they said they didn't all agree to make it. I broke up with another drink, that was okay, just not what I wanted. the service was great and his memory was impressive as he had nothing to write down. the kitchen was a bit slow and a few people had to ask when certain dinges come because we only observed how other people eat in our party. overall it was a nice experience and I wouldn't see it again.

I love RA! I've been several times, the atmosphere and vibe are nice and welcoming. The sushi is amazinggggg! Im a huge sushi fan and this is one of my top two favorite sushi restaurants in Houston. I haven't tried their ramen yet because when I go I'm usually getting my favorite rolls plus a new one or two to try. Presentation is always beautiful! The garlic edamame is really great too, one of my favorite appetizers. I love that they have mocktails available, and our server was nice and personable!

The ambiance is what draws you in, but the food and customer service is what I loved the most. We were celebrating my niece’s 21st birthday, so we ordered a variety of sharable platters. The Garlic Edamame, California Rolls and Pork Gyoza were definitely some of our favorite. The cocktails were really great too. I can’t say enough about our server Jonathan who knew the menu inside and out, great job!

We decided to go here for my son's birthday and let me tell you it is THE MOST AMAZING sushi I have ever had! Their very unique sushi selections were different than anywhere else I've EVER HAD , not your basic sushi rolls for sure. The atmosphere was very cool and a quite large restaurant. The service was great and the waiter was very knowledgeable and helpful. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT! TOP NOTCH!
