Pink's Pizza - Houston

I had an order placed earlier in the morning for 5:00pm pickup. So it wasn?t like it was last minute. Plenty of time to make the order. Got here and it hadn?t even been started. And there was no care or apology for it either. The girl who handed me mypizza Was at least trying. The girl at the counter, not so much.

Bad service. i asked for a pepperoni pizza and was handed a cheese. when i called out the mistake i was told it was under the cheese but when i lifted up the cheese there was no pepperoni. i looked at my receipt and noticed i was charged for a cheesepizza, when, again, i ordered a pepperoni. i don?t appreciate being lied to. don?t lie to your customers.

I came in and asked for two slices of pizza and they messed that order up I took it back and told them my correct order and I proceeded to wait an additional 30mins the customers that order after me got their pizza before me and they got a whole pizza Ijust wanted two slices. Then when I finally got my order it was WRONG AGAIN !!!!!!! It was only one slice of pizza again. Then Iwent up to complain again and the man took no responsibility didn?t ask me if they wanted to re make my order they didn?t giveme anything for my inconvenience nothing of that nature I had to get two different refunds which is completely ridiculous whenthey should of just remade my pizzas for my inconvenience. They don?t work well as a team and it shows because their was nocommunication the white boy who works at the register didn?t seem like he knew what he was doing and instead of the black boytrying to help him he just put the blame on him ?I just got here so I don?t know what?s going on? at the end of the day I?m notsatisfied with my experience.

Complete and utter trash. My husband went there today for lunch and ordered a large pizza and waited 45 mins. He asked the same woman that he placed the order with, if the pizza was coming out soon. She went to the back and after a few moments toldhim, he will have to wait another 20 mins!! He gave her the ticket and said to enjoy his pizza. WE WILL NOT BE BACK.

I got a plain cheese pizza, nice proportions, well baked. the crust is very fluffy and light, the sauce needs more flavor spice. it?s a bit bland. still a nice pizza ????????
