Olive Garden Italian - Houston

Eat is good, and have visited this chain and location some paintings over the years. most people shave over the salate, but I find it a bit brownish. the menu and the taste has changed in the run of the years, so if they were not in a dae, they revisit the menu or roll the cubes. their choice.

We had a very big party that was great to eat, but they were very short workers. everything was good until we realized that none of us got our suppe. only the salads came out. When I informed them, they were very unchalant and said the kitchen was closed now. we (male manager) have agreed on a gift card. then a female manager (robin, I think) was not very nice and openly rude.

The great service of our server jaime and eating was also very good. we observed the manager robin who disregarded one of the black male server. Hopefully, this can do something about it. very disturbing to observe.

The food quality has broken down. but not that many Italian restaurants near to which you can choose. I ordered the chicken parm and it comes with spaghetti. both can be easily under season. the service was great.

It was ok.... We ask to seat at the bar because wait list was long. Once there, service was slow. we were the only ones at the bar and we had to ask for everything, Napkins, utensils to eat. Our entre was served before the salad and bread. However, Food was good!
