To make matters worse, the food arrived at room temperature, prompting us to send it back to the kitchen for reheating. Once it was warmed up, we found the overall taste to be disappointing, with the exception of the risotto, which was the only dish that met our expectations. When we asked for a discount to make up for the inconveniences, we were told that the owner had left for the evening, and the executive chef would only argue with us, compounding our frustrations. I sympathize with the difficulties many restaurants face in finding good staff today, Giompaolo Nundini, but I cannot justify spending my money at an establishment where dining feels more like a test of patience. Additionally, I believe that customers who prefer to avoid valet parking for hygiene reasons should have the option to park their own cars conveniently.

The food at this restaurant is unfortunately quite disappointing. It's a real pity because the ambiance is lovely, and the space has a lot of potential. I once ordered the carbonara, and the guanciale was hardly cooked, with the fat still raw and unrendered. Additionally, getting service at the deli is always a hassle. It's baffling how long it takes them to figure out how to ring me up for sliced meats. It’s never a quick stop, and because of this, I'm going to start ordering my meats in bulk online and freezing what I don’t use. It’s a shame because I would prefer to support a local business, but dealing with this place for my Italian goods just isn’t worth it anymore.
