Mambo Seafood - Houston

The waitress was respectful. We have the bill and asked them to share it with our two cards. She came back and told us that her manager helped her to pay. Come to find out that she came only under this other person with a receipt. No entrance was printed for me. The bill was 100. Dive the bill in half you expect 50 for the other person and 50 for me. No. I checked my bank account that they charged me 100 for the whole thing and 50 for the other person. We pay the bill for 150 if the actual restaurant bill is only 100!! We wanted to talk to the manager. She was very disillusioned to meet us with hard attitude. They'll force us to understand that they'll refund me the $50. And that she made the mistake to make payments, but the kicker was when she made the mistake, why not talk to us and tell us that I am the most. No, she thought we wouldn't notice. But we called her. Oh, she apologised, but it wasn't that she also said this happened many times over the scrapping of payments part. So in total, they are on payment a large sum of 150 dollars on a simple 100 dollars bill. She took 100 of me and 50 of the other person. I still often observe my bank account to see this so-called $50, she said they will refund me. The waitress was very nice and respectful. All this happened yesterday at 4:00.

My experience was what was not satisfied with the food that the shrimps were so thin that it was more bread than shrimps and the fried rice was overseasoned. We talked to a waitress and the waitress had to get a manager to talk to us, but the manager tried to give us a discount (which was only 20% for fried rice). The manager told us 30%, but ended only 15% when we got the reception.

I was there at 7/10/22 and sat outside. Prices, service, quality of food was great, but all this was ruined by the fact that they recycle unused limes from the tables. When I got my shrimp plate, there were two limes on him, one of them was already clear. It had visible dental marks on it. I was on a date and didn't want to do much about it, so I just removed it from my plate, ate the rest and pay. Nevertheless, it is disgusting, especially during a time when other businesses take additional precautions to get no one sick. I never go to this place again.

Food and service were amazing! The Empanadas are the best I ever had. We ordered at least 8 or 9 items from the menu between us 3 and there was no article we did not love! It is a very popular place and remains busy. But that has no influence on the great service. Our server was Breyana and made our first Mambo experience even more pleasant!! We will definitely come back any chance we get!

Food drinks were great! Our waitress Elizabeth was amazing!! She was very attentive and on top of our food and drinks even though it was a very busy Friday night. 100% recommend...
