Lupe Tortilla - Houston

It's not a trip to Houston without Lupe's! Hands down my favorite beef fajitas--delicious! The service is always top-tier, and the atmosphere is great.

My wife had very rude service when picking up our order tonight. The order was not ready when my wife arrived, which is fine. However, when politely asked how long it would take, the employee became rude. After the food came out, part of the order was missing. When the gal came out with the missing chips, she rudely handed it to my wife without saying anything. There are so many Tex Mex options in the area, I certainly recommend going elsewhere for better service.

The management and host staff at this location are terrible. The highly encourage fans of Lupe Tortilla to somewhere else.

Food is consistently delicious. Fajitas are great. Unfortunately, staff is not very consistent. Dine in experience is fine, but take out is very lacking. A lot of times I find myself waiting 20-30 minutes AFTER the supposed pickup time, which mind you, is generally 30-60 minutes after I initially placed the order. It is because of these instances that I havent really gone back for carry out when we order for the office. Food: 5

Been loyal to our favorite fajitas restaurant in town for past 25 years, unfortunately this time around it was disappointing. Ordered Three Pounds of Beef fajitas other items. Fajita arrived with Zero (No) Sizzle cold, we started eating and Noticed one order Beef was dry and meat was hard and chewy compared to other two orders which were perfectly cooked, there was no service to follow up or attend to our concerns. Of course we were all hungry and we ate, finally service came late after we almost were done. We addressed issue and asked for Manager attention. Jocelyn Mgr. Came by and shockingly she mishandled situation in worst way possible. So not only our dinner was ruined by chewy hard fajitas that some of us experienced eating then to top it with bad Managment handling of situation. Pretty disappointing experience.
