Lotus Seafood - Houston

This is my first visit to Houston, Texas, and I am absolutely loving it! The customer service here is fantastic.

I had visited this restaurant once before a few years ago, and I don’t remember being impressed. However, this time it was fantastic! I ordered the loud pack with the shrimp balls and fried rice, and it was incredibly delicious!

The food at this location is consistently good, but the customer service could use some improvement. Stephanie, who was serving the food, was unexpectedly rude and unprofessional, which was disappointing given the amount I spend here regularly. Although I appreciate the good food, I won’t be returning to this location. On a positive note, the two young cashiers were very friendly and professional. I’ll stick to other locations where I can count on both excellent customer service and great food.

The service was ok. I had to tell the young man to speak and not say , Can I help you after I got him together it was a go for me.

The wings are smashing but the rice was OK....not enough shrimp and not cooked or fried with soy sauce its too light
