The service late at night is terrible, and the posted business hours are incorrect. They close at 11 PM and completely disregard anyone who shows up after that time. Taco Bell is frequently out of stock—it's a total disaster.

Just came to this store and it says they close at 11 but here it says confirmed by them closing time 12am smh. Yall need to fix this.

Location of Federal Rd one of the employees is ALWAYS rude wrong disrespectful. Older woman maybe in her late 40s or early 50s black/Hispanic with a very nasty attitude. She lies about preparing fresh hot food and always have me pull to the front to wait on my.order which is always an issue being served warmed up food or isn't fresh as ordered. She will argue go back and forth playing games til you have to use profanity with her. I'm so sick of her nastiness also serving off temperature food. She won't eat it but expect a paying customer to eat cold or old food. She has no more chances with me I'm reporting her and the location to the health department. My last order made me sick and one of our orders couldn't be eaten completely because of hair In the food.

The staff were extremely rude, lacking any patience. It was the worst service I have ever encountered.

The most important factor is cleanliness. The atmosphere is comfortable, and you can find great deals on the app. Be sure to try the KFC hot sauce—it's a must!
