Ihop - Houston

It wasn't my first time on this brand, but it was my frita time on this place. it looks like brand new or simply rebuilt. decoration, rugged and lighting are very welcoming. we sat immediately and we starved so that we quickly ordered and the server enabled everything to feel right. we were just before the hour so we noticed that new guests had to wait a little for a table. looks as if they were insulted for a short time, especially during lunch. restrooms need some improvement, but overall it was a pleasant brunch for my family. to visit the brand again! well done!

We were newly visited houston on the look for an breakfast place, but lines were out of the door so we ihop and had the tres pancake mmmmm my first time and delicious. they cook everything fresh and perfect.

Food was good, staff was friendly, and the place was clean. I ordered the brunch burger with fries and everything came out within a reasonable time and was cooked fresh.

When I initially arrived I was seated right by the register which was a bit irritating. I spoke to the gentleman on the register and he said nothing back. Needless to say the staff wasn't very inviting. My waitress reluctantly moved me and acted like she was doing me a favor. Now the two stars are here because my salad was delicious, however the customer service time was a tad bit off kilter. Let's do a bit better next time guys

I walked into an extremely busy store but to my surprise they were very well prepared. I watched so many guest come in to be greeted happily. Although there was a short wait time to be seated, the guest were shown great expedition and a wonderful sense of urgency. If you're looking for Good customer service this is your go to place
