Haute Crepe - Houston

My experience at this restaurant was disappointing due to the poor customer service; it felt like a waste of time to visit. I wouldn't recommend spending your money here. Additionally, the food was overcooked—both the smell and taste of burned items were evident. It simply wasn't delicious.

I realized I never updated my review after the manager asked me to come back. On that occasion, I got a veggie crepe. And, I wanted to give an honest and fair review so I also got the classic Nutella crepe. For about $6 I think, that Nutella crepe could be dessert for me everyday forever. It was SO good. I didn't really care for the veggie crepe, though and am realizing they may just not be my thing. Will definitely be in for another sweet treat, though. Great customer service.

This place started out great. I assume they're not doing well business wise because the quality quickly dropped off.. no more delicious balsamic for dipping and crepe today tasted sour instead of sweet.. hope I don't get sick :

The Nutella crepes were absolutely delicious! I didn't take any pictures because they were too good to resist. Highly recommend!

Without a doubt, this is the best Cuban Panini I’ve ever tasted. The ingredients were fresh, and the portion size was generous. The staff was incredibly friendly. The woman at the front named Aaron made ordering a delight; she was very knowledgeable about the menu. I highly recommend this place as a great spot for breakfast or lunch for anyone wanting a quick bite in downtown.
