Love her gum, but they never have the alfredo that is very popular

Food is seasoned and serving sizes are large....worth the price.Staff is courteous and professional.

If I could rate this as a zero I would! I ordered a cup of gumbo, seafood to be exact! It turned out to be a cup of red peppers and green peppers and broth! Highly disappointed! I figured since it was named Gumbo Factory I was in for a good surprise! Boy was I wrong! The manager, or gentlemen serving was rude! I told him as he was making the bowl of gumbo, that it was full of broth water n peppers! He proceeded to say it's only One spoon full per cup. That's fine, but it was no spoon full of gumbo, just broth! None is ever in that place, so that was a red flag, but I still gave it a chance! I will not be returning for any pepper ? soup! ?

Everyone is talking support black owned but when you do, it is a huge disappointment. Tried the gumbo and it was onions and bellpeppers......thats it. Horrible! The big guy at the front looked unkept and sweating all the the countertop. I don't recommend this slop to anyone.

Ordered the mikes burger ...best thing i had..fries seasoned well
