Frank's Grill - Houston

Delicious breakfast French toast and chicken fried chicken were sooo good! It was pretty busy and service was a little slow, but our server was very sweet!

Frank's has awesome breakfast! Today was not too good on the service. I ordered online and arrived at the location about 25 minutes later. I had to stand there waiting for my food an additional 30+ minutes. Upon arriving home, I find that instead of the wings waffles' I ordered, I had been given fried pork chops and waffles. I ate it because I didn't feel like driving back and standing in line but this left me feeling some kind of way.

Owner/Management is a disgrace. When you're under staffed, that ruins everything. The cashier is running back and forth from the register, to pick up orders, to getting orders out the door and taking orders. It's too much going on at the register alone. Then expect to wait for at least an hour to get your order. You have this too small grilling area with only two cooks without any elbow room. The dirty dishes have piled up and nothing is clean, so customers are now given plastic while dining in. It's a really good place to eat, but I'm totally discouraged about returning unless there's a change. I'm looking at customers walk out, due to not wanting to wait, and I don't blame them. It's bad for the few employees who are having to endure this awful under staffed work environment. The staff is truly under appreciated. Owner/management should endure this just as well, then you'll be able to see how your employees feel.
