Flor De Cuba - Houston

Fantastic service! The authentic Cuban food is truly a taste of home. I loved the black beans and vaca frita (shredded steak), along with the masa frita (pork), which is even better than pastor. The pollo al ajillo (chicken with garlic and onion) was incredible and packed with flavor. Plus, they offer live salsa and merengue music on Fridays and Saturdays, creating a wonderful atmosphere!

And I have to mention the service was excellent; our food arrived in less than five minutes after we ordered — impressive! Lastly, the dessert was heavenly. We tried the tres leches cake and the dulce de leche cheesecake. The cheesecake was so delicious — not too sweet or heavy. I savored every bite!

Excellent food and service, all at a reasonable price with generous portions. I also really loved the cheesecake. It's a family-friendly spot, and I plan to return soon!

Ran across this restaurant completely on accident and I was starving. My next visit will be intentionally. The atmosphere was nice and the staff were really friendly. Now the food was great. I had the pork and it was as tender and seasoned perfectly. Rice, beans and sweet plantains. I loved this place and can't wait to eat there again

We had lunch with friends today at the Flor de Cuba. We order drinks like batido milk shake, café con leche (latte) and water. We try the fried chicken and breast chicken with black beans and rain. The food was delicious and service was friendly and excellent. Here is a place that you will find in Miami. Good place to have lunch at a reasonable price.
