I order lamb and I got fish that’s crazy, and the waiter act Like everything is fine .bad customer service, when they are busy they don’t treat customers well.Very disappointed.

Cafeteria style service. Start with a stone oven made bread. Then go through the line. Sides, entre and dessert. Open seating. Was served a small glass of hot tea.Food: 5/5

I'm not sure this is the right Fadi's since I think the one we visited was near the Galleria at 6365 Wetsheimer Rd. My wife enjoyed the Lamb Shank and her sides, but frankly I found the beef Kabobs disappointing, with the stark reality that the only sides offered were salads. The cucumber, tomato, onion salad was all cucumber and the lettuce, tomato salad was all lettuce. There were no cooked sides. Also, they over charged us, charging me for 4 sides, when I only had two less than satisfying sides my wife correctly for two. At $41.07 for a less than satisfying lunch this was a very poor value.

Best Mediterranean food in Houston. Fresh and delicious food, reasonable price. Excellent customer service. Family friendly. Highly recommended

I used to come here very often, several times a week. Came in today ordered some food was all good until come to checkout. The lady checkout couldn't speak much English she told me the price it was kinda high for 1 entree and 2 half sides I always get. When I ask her why so high she was very rude and just say you must pay. I paid and look at receipt they charge extra half sides no big deal I already paid just ask her why the charges is it different and she insisted only saying you must pay anything you want you must pay is deep rude tone. Ask for a manager, he came he was calm and confuse but I told them just give my money back keep the food. I wouldn't enjoy anything after the rude attitude anyways. Told them I have a lot of money it wasn't a big deal just don't be rude to me like that, took my cash and left.
