Estar Chinese Buffet - Houston

I was impressed with my lunch today. I don't expect much when I go to a Chinese buffet, but E Star is one of the better I've experienced. Many different dishes and everything was quite delicious. A huge selection if Sushi is your thing. I tried a few pieces, and they were all solid. That was a good choice for the price.

One of the better buffets I came to. The hot food is fine, but the sushi is the real star. It is not from every route gourmet, but if you want to drown in sushi for 11 mice, is the best way.

Very good buffet with a wide selection. E Star is definitely well above average for a Chinese buffet. The Sushi and Sashimi are very beautiful and there is also a good selection of seafood. The baked salmon is excellent throughout. Also a good selection of traditional Chinese buffet items. The service is excellent and the decor is also very beautiful when you take care of such things. A little more expensive than your average Chinese buffet, but it is obvious why. The ingredients are good and they keep things fresh no cold bowls of slower moving items. A surprising amount of sushi rolls and sashimi on the buffet. Pleasantly surprised with the quality of all food items.
